The best part of our job is meeting the awesome couples who are drawn to mountain weddings! We felt a connection with Emily and Ryan immediately, especially after trading stories of our love for travel.
They were also planning a winter wedding! Montana winter weddings aren't for everyone, but it was a perfect fit for these two. Ryan grew up in Bozeman, they love to ski, and they planned to have an indoor ceremony at Copper Rose Ranch - so we knew they could handle whatever Mother Nature might throw our way.
Good thing, because on the wedding day we woke up to two feet of fresh snow! The ground was completely dry during our ceremony rehearsal, but immediately afterwards it started snowing huge flakes. And snowing.... and it just didn't stop. Thankfully Emily and Ryan were ready to enjoy the snow, and it made for an absolutely magical day.
